The Quality Specialist has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture in our site at San Luis Potosi, ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, and representing the customer's voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.

Your responsibilities

• Maintenance of Quality System Management (updates and changes).
• Creation of process Maps.
• Follow up to non-conformities.
• Support to internal and external audits.
• Supports trainings related to Quality System.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering or similar.
• New graduate to two years of experience in Quality Area.
• Internal audit certified in ISO9001:2015 preferred.
• Experience supporting certification processes in manufacturing plants preferred.
• Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros creation) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015.
• Mid-Advanced English Level.
• Oral Communication proficiency in different levels.
• Ability to coordinate teams from different areas.
