Responsible for performing MSA surveys, maintaining records of surveys, reviewing results and their graphs Timely notification of external and internal calibration schedule. Manage calibration/internal verification reports.
Main Responsibilities
Maintenance of the quality system of measuring equipment by means of equipment calibration.
Follow up on the compliance of external calibrations and delivery of calibration reports.
Regularly audit all equipment in the plant using masters.
Issue findings for system non-conformances.
Closure of audit findings
Conduct audits in operational and service areas to ensure that equipment not registered in the system is not being used.
