Responsibilities

You will lead a team responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable, managing collections activities, accurately applying incoming payments, and driving process improvements to optimize cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO). This hands-on role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence to ensure the Finance department meets its cash management goals.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Demonstrated track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint site management
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
• Advanced English level
