We're seeking a Senior FullStack Developer with experience in AI engineering and a strong proficiency in AI assisted development tools. You'll be joining a flexible, on demand team supporting an AI native company (client name confidential) at the forefront of intelligent software solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you'll design and implement AI powered systems that automate tasks, enhance workflows, and surface insights. While the engagement is on demand, part time dedication is typically expected, though monthly workload may fluctuate based on project needs.

You'll collaborate with AI engineers and product teams, using cuttingedge tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or V0 to develop software more efficiently and intelligently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable fullstack applications
• Integrate AI agents and LLM workflows into user facing products
• Use AI native development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, V0) to accelerate development
• Guide technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
• Work with APIs and backend systems using modern frameworks
• Adapt to changing priorities and varying workload cycles monthtomonth

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python and or Nodejs
• React or an equivalent modern front end framework
• API development (RESTful and or GraphQL)
• Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or V0 for AI augmented development (essential)
• Experience with frameworks like Langchain, LLM APIs, or similar technologies
• Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic, and fast paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases or RAG pipelines
• Prior experience working with AI agents or autonomous systems
• Exposure to AI ML infrastructure or DevOps workflows
