Training facilitator

What you'll do:

-Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
-Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
-Needs Assessment: Assess training needs within the organization and create tailored programs to address those needs.
-Instructional Materials: Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
-Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
-Training Record Management: Participate in the regional LMS Team to support locations with training and troubleshooting for the Learning Management System

What is required:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, etc.).
-Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning software. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
-Certification in training and development is a plus. Bilingual English - Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
-Travel up 30%
