Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who acts as a strategic partner to operations, leading the comprehensive management of personnel and ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives.
This role focuses on the monitoring and analysis of key indicators such as compliance with the Federal Labor Law, absenteeism, turnover, and employee engagement (climate), developing effective action plans to ensure a productive, safe, and positive environment for employees.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all employee-related matters, including recruitment, selection, labor relations, internal communication, and employee integration and recognition programs, with the goal of attracting, retaining, and motivating operational talent.
Ensures compliance with the Federal Labor Law in all aspects related to employment, working conditions, safety and hygiene, training, disciplinary measures, and labor relations in general.
Plans and coordinates employee relations programs, such as new hire orientation, social, cultural, and sports activities, service recognition programs, and incentives for quality and productivity.
Additionally, this role coordinates the annual employee engagement survey, ensuring its effective execution and timely follow-up on results and identified areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- English advanced.
- Strategic focus with experience managing key HR indicators
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
