¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Production Unit ME Engineer at Chihuahua SWS Plant!

Responsibilities

• Process design, working methods for new programs and continuous improvement of production programs.
• Coordination of annual improvements of production standards and increase of efficiencies.
• APQP documentation (AMEF, Ml'S, etc.)
• Review PPAP points
• Review the production lines to be transferred and implemented.
• Implement action plans to manage the different activities assigned to the Manufacturing Engineering department for engineering changes, transfers and/or continuous improvement in productivity metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

• Industrial Engineering or related career.
• Desirable 3 years in the position.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO14001 / ISO45001/ISO9001.
• Knowledge in problem solving tools and 8D`S.
• Desirable knowledge in Lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge in AMEF and Control Plan.
• Knowledge of time and movements, who knows how to use autocad, excel, minitab.
• Advanced English
