Script Creation Testing and QA for global end-user configurations Creation of End User Guides and training for GSC and FSO Documentation of processes and generation of presentations Analysis and resolution of problems in end-user environments (Windows 11 / O365 / System Center Client / Intune)
Responsibilities
Present project progress and definitions Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments. Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments. Train support groups
