Job Description
The Product Owner is responsible for the overall success of a cloud-based logistics product (RevMax) of the North American mobility business unit in the B2B environment. This includes working with stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog and the development team.
Additionally, the product owner is also responsible for leading the North American regional development team responsible for the integration of various North American partner solutions with the global logistics platform (www.l-os.com).
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Product Owner in cloud-based software development projects, strong technical skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. Frequent travel to Farmington Hills is expected.

Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmap.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product meets requirements.
- Collaborate with the cross-country platform teams in Germany and India to resolve dependencies between the product and the platform on daily basis.
- Collaborate with the partners in integration regional partner solutions with the platform.
- Identify technical dependencies in advance between the platform and the product, partner solutions and articulate the same to the relevant platform stakeholders effectively on time.
- Track the progress of the product and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate with stakeholders about the product's status.
- Stay up to date on logistics industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferrable in cloud-based software development projects.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
- Ability to understand and comprehend large scale complex cloud-based logistics platform and its dependencies with the product and partner solutions.
- Experience collaborating with international and agile teams.
- Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Domain expertise in logistics, transportation, and/or fleet management/telematics.
