Tasks and Qualifications:

Dematic is looking for a SAP Hybris Specialist responsible for configuration changes, enhancements on SAP Systems in our NA region. As the Hybris Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on the Business Transformation project and support the SAP applications.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

• Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
• Responsible for providing a detailed functional design for enterprise solutions
• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
• Responsible for Hybris configuration and support
• Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment
• Defining and implementing of interfaces to upstream and downstream systems
• Manage & Understand Functional architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services
• Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design
• Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way
• Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders
• Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
• Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP Sales experience and 5+ years of Hybris commerce
• E2E Implementations projects in SAP hybris
• Consulting experience to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, Product catalog, pricing, discounts and more
• Understanding of Cart and Checkout process
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, databases
• Expertise in Hybris multi-channel architecture, data modeling, Data exchange and integration
• Expertise in Hybris task management, internationalization, personalization, and security concepts
• Experience in commerce features such as search, product details, personalization, merchandizing features such as catalog, pricing, and promotions etc.
• Knowledge in implementation processes, quality gates and standards
• Expertise on the functional use of SAP Hybris Commerce, its various administrative cockpits and the SAP Hybris Accelerators
• Experience to Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions
• Ability to Teach, mentor, and share knowledge, improve processes, and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns
• Experience in solutioning business requirements and guide the team on data migration in SD area
• Experience preparing data migration template for SD and Logistics Execution process areas
• Experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data
• Experience on Enhancements / Rollout / Implementation in customer projects.
• Good knowledge on Integrated processes with all modules

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant work experience required
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
