In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
- Unix/Linux/Windows
- Tools: Maven/Github
- Pipeline Tools: Github Actions/Jenkins
- Cloud Tech: GCP/Kubernetes/Spinnaker/Terraform (Pivotal Cloud Foundry - not mandatory)
- Database: Oracle/MySql/MongoDB/BigQuery
- FrontEnd + BackEnd: GoLang /Java /Python /NodeJS /SpringBoot /ShellScripting /SpringCloud /React /JavaScript /Angular (Can have any mix for FE/BE tech).
- Automation/Testing: Selenium/NeoLoad/RestAssured (Can have any mix)
- Experience in designing applications using Spring Boot
- Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Experience in software development life cycle using Agile methodology
- Experience working with Hibernate / Spring JPA along with any of the NOSQL DB.
- Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation
- Experience in Design and architecture review
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
- Great analytical and communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
