KeyResponsibilities
- Member of Servigistics tool & team- AERO aftermarket planning system (2 billion COGS planned annually)
- Work directly with global sites to drive improvement in demand/supply alignment
- Investigate and validate the accuracy of data systems and processes, maintenance of supply chain reporting tools / systems (SAP, Servigistics, BO functionality)
- Develops project plan, including clear objectives and benefits analysis. Leads implementation of new process solutions and routinely monitors new processes to ensure that project objectives have been met
- Forms and leads process improvement teams that involve and impact internal and external customers
- Aligns activities, goals and objectives with the strategic goals and key priorities identified by the company
- Continually improves expertise in process improvement techniques and teaches process improvement techniques to others
- Develop and implement Total Cost Model to include EOQ, logistics, min order quantity
- Work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional teams to develop & prioritize initiatives that add stakeholder value
- Results will most often be measured in cost, inventory, customer service, risk, and/or productivity

- 3+ years experience in Supply Chain
- 3+ years demonstrated problem solving skills; including ability to identify root cause and implementing systemic solutions (DMAIC / RCCA / Six Sigma)

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering
- MBA or master's degree
- Proven project management and process improvement mentality
- Familiar with best in class materials management practices
- Thorough SAP experience/expertise (data structure, system capabilities, execution processes, reporting).
- Analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo
- Successful interaction with all levels and disciplines within the organization
- The ability to energize and influence cross functional project teams and individuals including internal and external resources at all levels
- Ability to analyze process and business data and formulate clear strategies that drive improvement
- High degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and standards, process improvement techniques (Six Sigma, lean, value stream mapping, other), and functional (supply chain / material management) best practices and techniques.

- MS Office and other applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio) to support project work, inventory modeling and effective management reporting and presentations
