Title: Logistics Coordinator

Department: Logistics

Reports to: Team Lead

Location: Queretaro, MX

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an adaptable, successful, and experienced Logistics Coordinator for our pulses business as we expand our business in Mexico. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the management of cargo as it relates to export from various entry points and distribution channels. In addition, it will also be a support in contact with customers. This person will work closely with all departments within ETG Commodities Inc. and associated companies.

Position Responsibilities:

· Plan and strategically manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

· Direct, optimize and coordinate the complete order cycle.

· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

· Track quality, quantity, stock levels, lead times, transportation costs, and efficiency.

· Organize the warehouse, catalog merchandise, plan routes, and process shipments.

· Resolve any problem or complaint that arises.

· Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff.

· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and punctuality goals.

· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

· Comply with laws, regulations, and any certification requirements.

Employment Qualifications:

· Business Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or another relevant field

· 3-5 years of Import and Export Experience

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral

· Fluency in English language is required
