This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, working within Redwood Logistics (shared services), you will lead the digital marketing efforts, related to our company website, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Lead the development, execution, and implementation of Redwood's digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, increase revenue, and enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, related to the company website, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Manage and perform web development tasks to maintain and enhance website performance, including SEO and user experience.
- Coordinate with the demand generation team to optimize content for inbound and outbound campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the brand's social media presence, engaging with customers and prospects to drive visibility and interaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, HubSpot, and web development.
You've Got This?
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign management.
- Strong web development skills, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
