Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: Must be an active student or have facultative insurance, and be at least one year away from completing university.
• Languages: Advanced English, Intermediate English.
• Experience: Previous internships or practical experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred.
• Availability for part-time work 8-15hrs from Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Raw Material Planning: Contact with suppliers and issuance of releases.
• Reports: Creation and execution of reports (inventory, ASNs, Special Freights).
• Internal KPI Monitoring: Monthly KPIs.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate accurate reports.
• Effective Communication: Skill in interacting with suppliers and other departments clearly and professionally.
• Organization and Planning: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactivity: Initiative to identify and solve problems independently.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate in a dynamic environment and contribute to common goals.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.
