Dematic/KION is looking for an SAP TMS Specialist responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of the SAP Systems.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

• Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP Logistics Execution, Transportation Management and Warehouse Management Areas.
• Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP.
• Design and implement core functionalities of SAP TM - OTR, DTR Processes, Selection Planning, Scheduling, Freight Execution, Carrier Selection, Tendering, etc.
• Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Transportation Management to enhance the business functionality and performance.
• Configure the SAP system in the areas of TM /EWM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions.
• Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
• Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions.
• Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
• Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
• 5+ years of Functional experience in SAP Transportation Management with min 2 end to end implementations on S/4 HANA.
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP TM Master Data including Business Partner, Dangerous Goods transportation network such as Locations, Routes, Zones and resources vehicles, Trailers, HU etc
• Hands on experience in OTR (order based) & DTR (delivery based) processes, including Selection, Planning profiles, Condition's optimizer planning and scheduling, Freight Execution Carrier selection, Tendering and cost distribution.
• Experience in SAP TM Charge Management includes Rate Tables, Scales, Calculation Sheets, Freight Agreements.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with other areas such as SAP EWM, Freight Collaboration, SAP LBN, Project 44, and other third-party software such as PC Miler, SMC3 etc.

Desired SAP LBN hands on experience especially Dock Appointment Scheduling.

• Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like EWM, MM.
• Prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training.
• Experience preparing data migration templates.
• Experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.
• Experience in working with global teams.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports.
• Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
