Required Experience

Minimum +10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.

Advance English (Fluent speaking)

•General knowledge of automobile and logistic industry.

•Awareness of Planning and Strategy for developing business

•Knowledge or Skills of finance and economics

•Basic statistics knowledge

•Excellent leadership

Main Responsibilities

•Identify market needs and trends for the automotive logistics

•Identify contract dates and bid for each customer

•Identify the industry and customer needs

•Maintain good relationship with customers

•Control and follow up priority relationships

•Customer satisfaction survey

•Project management and allocating resources based on customer needs

•Cooperation with internal clients - such as other business units in the company

•Reporting to external clients with project reports, evaluations

•PnL analysis for each customer and total 3PL business

•Intelligence sales to create efficiencies with the current business
