**Job Summary:**

The Business Analyst for Logistics and Transportation within SAP is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP logistics modules, transportation management systems, and supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Business Process Analysis:**

- Analyze current logistics and transportation processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.

- **SAP Implementation & Optimization:**

- Work closely with IT teams to implement SAP logistics solutions.

- Optimize existing SAP functionalities to improve transportation management and supply chain efficiency.

- **Data Management & Reporting:**

- Develop reports using SAP tools to provide insights into logistics performance.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all logistics-related modules.

- **Project Management:**

- Lead or support project initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics capabilities.

- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.

- **Stakeholder Collaboration:**

- Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users on new system functionalities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in logistics/transportation with expertise in SAP modules (e.g., SAP TM, SAP MM).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Project management experience is preferred.
