Metalworking company is seeking:

Position: Logistics Traffic Intern

Education: Students from the 7th semester onward studying: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or a similar field.

Vidable insurance coverage is required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar field (internship or community service).

Position Objective: Perform administrative activities related to traffic and logistics: review invoices, notifications, bills of lading, PDF/XML files, plant and port rates, as well as generate monthly graphical reports.

Requirements:

Main activities:

• Reviewing invoices in the system
• Verifying shipment notifications
• Reviewing bill of lading supplements
• Contacting suppliers
• Liaison with the Accounts Payable area

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (preferred)

7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. may be considered
