Shift: Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Assist and advise guards on company information
• Conduct new guards induction, assisting to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of guards documents.
• Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Ensure safety & security procedures are adhered to
• Maintain ongoing strategic relationships with public and private authorities.
• Implementing and executing property security standards.
• Organize and direct surveillance services in all business units.
• Design and maintain the company's asset security plan through procedures and reporting metrics.
• Promote a culture of personnel and property security.
• Obtain and review repair estimates, approve repairs in accordance with all CTPAT regulations.
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly tasks to track each breakdown and track resolution timeline.
• Monitor the content and maintenance of CCTV and access control system images and data on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Good english skills.
• Previous experience with physical security or similar.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
• High level of personal integrity, objectivity and honesty.
