Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented Workers Compensation Administrator.

Responsible for assisting in managing workers compensation claims, assisting with safety initiatives and providing support to employees throughout the claims process.

Activities:

• Claims Support: Assist in the processing and management of workers compensation claims, including gathering necessary documentation, filing claims, and following up on claim status. 
• Employee Support: Provide support to employees who have sustained work-related injuries, including answering questions about the claims process and helping them navigate their recovery. 
• Pre/Post Hire Testing: Work intimately with operations to manage the Pre/Post Hire testing program, ensuring drivers are routed to testing sites timely for completion. Maintain Pre/Post Hire testing completion reports. 
• Safety Initiatives: Support evolving safety initiatives. 
• Call Handling: Answer incoming calls related to the Workers' Comp program and follow through with questions or concerns about the claim process.

• Ability to effective communicate with other team members and clients
