Who are we looking for?
- Industrial Engineeri, Business Management or similar (graduated)
- +3 years experience (similar position)
- Experience working in manufacturing industry
- Advance level for Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with SAP / Oracle
- Strong experience on working with multiple sale orders and customers
- Organized
- Fluent communication in English
Main activities
- Receive and follow up sale orders
- Follow up to meet "fill rate" defined by Company
- Provide and validate delivery times and ensure compliance with them
- Prepare and send KPI's reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Ensure invoicing in a timely manner, in accordance with the company's established statutes, always complying with the regulations established by logistics and finance
