• 2-3 years in a Management position.
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Development of tactical strategies to improve the operation.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology.
