Responsibilities:

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and safe on-time delivery by coordinating the special request with the branch coordination group.
• Provides customer feedback on order status by answering phone and email inquiries by searching the sales database for inquiries.
• Coordinates problem resolution working with Sales Representative and Customer to ensure a smooth sales-to-ship process.
• Assist Sales Representative in processing customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information using computer vendor access.
• Process order confirmation files by reviewing data and maintaining accuracy, resulting in low sales errors and high quality.
• Participates in the Total Quality process of the company following the established policies and procedures.
• Provides support to sales representatives by returning phone calls to customers, shipping samples and sales literature to customers, and researching and preparing customer return authorizations and replacement orders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, commerce or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably in the electronics industry
• Bilingual
• No Call center background.
• Knowledge of ERP, logistics, shipping, and customer service, as well as bilingual, intermediate-advanced Excel.
