Sr. Finance Manager

Ensure the analysis, planning, projection and monitoring of the company's financial results, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the business. Act as a strategic partner to the commercial and operations area in making financial decisions based on data and profitability.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling the company's cash flow management, overseeing compliance with established controls in treasury and accounts payable.

· Prepare, update and monitor the annual budget, monthly forecast and long-term finance plan.

· Build financial models and scenario analysis (“what if”).

· Manage projected cash flow and support liquidity decision making.

· Generate executive reports for corporate and management.

· Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.

· Train and/or guide key users in financial planning and analysis.

· Process monthly and annual accounting information in accordance with policies, processes and standards.

· Provide accurate, reliable, complete and timely accounting information to Finance and General Management.

· Reconcile with Logistics the goods in transit at the end of each month.

· Supervise the treasury of the companies.

· Supervise that purchases/expenditures are authorized and comply with fiscal requirements.

· Responsible for supervising the correct reconciliation of bank accounts.

· Responsible for overseeing the correct revaluations of bank balances and liabilities.

· Manage together with the Human Resources Manager, the employees' Savings Fund.

· Support Human Resources in payroll calculations and review.

· Preparation of payroll budgets, in coordination with Human Resources.

· Support in audit requirements.

· Support in the review of audited financial statements (individual and consolidated).

Supervise and train the personnel in charge.
