This position is responsible for ensuring the import/export operations are completed by creating Customs documents within applicable government rules and regulations and best practices, following Lutron's Standard operations procedures and policies, and logistics. This position will interface with freight forwarders, carriers, US an MX customs officers, US and MX Customs brokers.

Experience required:

·Knowledge of US and MX Exports and Imports regulations

·Strong knowledge in Mexican Annex 22, 24 and 30.

·Familiarity in Free Trade Agreements Certificates and affidavits

·Knowledge in Harmonized tariff schedule for Mexico and US

·Experience in programs as IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8th applicable in Mexico.

·To create Imports and Exports documents

·Prepare forms required for import/export and global logistics

·Work with Customs brokers for Entries and Pedimentos submissions

·Filing records

·Experience in Inbond shipments procedures

·Traffic and Logistics, national and international

·Ability to analyzes data

Key Competencies

·Bachelor degree, International bussiness, Administration, International Relations, international bussiness or related.

·English Proficiency

·Experience at least 4 years in similar positions

·MS Software, Pivot tables, graphics

·Detail and order oriented

·Strong analytical background

·Excellent trouble solving
