Our mission is to deliver secure, timely, and reliable logistics solutions that connect North America's key commercial routes.Position SummaryAs a Logistics and Transportation Agent (Night Shift), you will be responsible for the efficient management of the trailer fleet and B1 visa drivers, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations across international borders.You will oversee the dispatch of fifth-wheel drivers, coordinate border crossings for import and export shipments, and properly document departures from Mexico. Additionally, you will continuously track shipments within Mexico and the U.S., working closely with various departments to ensure on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the trailer fleet and equipment located in MexicoDispatch fifth-wheel drivers holding B1 visasCoordinate border crossings for import/export shipmentsProperly document export shipments originating from MexicoTrack and monitor shipments in the U.S. and throughout MexicoOther ResponsibilitiesExecute other tasks and commercial operation projects as delegated by managementRequirementsAdvanced English (spoken and written)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal communicationAbility to work under pressure and solve problems efficientlyPrevious experience is preferred but not requiredAdditional Considerations: Salary: The offered salary range $18,000 per month benefits $1000 food cupon, monthly bonus for results range $1,000 - $3000
