About the RoleOur client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team and help streamline the day-to-day operations as they scale. This is a hands-on role focused on customer management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the logistics manager (hiring manager), warehouse team, vendors, and customers to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to high standards.
Responsibilities
Understand the needs of franchisees by coordinating and supplying e-commerce materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability to support their operations effectively.
Manage inventory, orders, deliveries, and vendor relationships for all materials and supplies.
Experience managing and maintaining a Shopify platform, including overseeing a product catalog of 100+ items.
Ability to collaborate effectively with supply vendors to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring franchisees receive necessary materials for their projects.
Assist with customer communication and support related to order processing, shipping updates, and logistics throughout the purchasing cycle.
Develop and improve internal processes to boost efficiency.
Manage inventory levels and order processing to ensure accurate stock availability.
Oversee shipping and logistics coordination, providing timely updates to franchisees.
Maintain and optimize Shopify backend operations, including discount codes and system integrations.
Requirements
2-6 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or field service management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and customer management skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset to effectively engage franchisees and vendors and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Experience with Shopify platform and order management.
Proficient in using Shopify for product, order, and backend management
Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Asset Panda, Sortly) and comfortable with Loom/video walkthrough tools.
Previous e-commerce industry experience is required, with a strong understanding of online product management and order fulfillment processes.
