Position: General Manager - Mexico Operations

Location: Flexible within Mexico (Preferred: Querétaro)

Industry: Animal Agriculture / Feed Additives

Compensation: USD $120,000-$144,000 annually + performance-based incentives

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial minded General Manager to lead and expand our operations in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to build a business from the ground up-initially operating independently, and ultimately developing a high-performing team to support national growth.

Our core focus in Mexico is the distribution of feed additives across several animal agriculture sectors including layers, broilers, swine, dairy cattle, calves, shrimp, and tilapia. While we welcome experience across these areas, strong knowledge in poultry (broilers/layers) or swine production will be considered a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial expansion of the company in Mexico, starting as a one-person operation
• Develop and execute sales strategies for feed additive products
• Establish relationships with key industry stakeholders and large-scale producers
• Represent the company with professionalism and confidence at all levels
• Collaborate with headquarters in Querétaro for business services and operational support
• Build a local team as growth milestones are achieved

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be legally employable in Mexico via a Mexican entity
• Proven experience in animal agriculture (especially poultry or swine)
• Strong sales acumen and ability to generate business independently
• Well-connected within the agricultural industry in Mexico
• Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers in large organizations
• Self-starter with the ability to travel and work across Mexico

Benefits

Compensation Package:

• Base salary: USD equivalent of $10,000 to $12,000 per month
• Incentive structure: 40% of total compensation tied to performance (bonus/commission)
• Additional benefits (subject to discussion): phone, vehicle allowance, housing support, private insurance

Preferred Location:

The position offers flexibility within Mexico; however, Querétaro is preferred due to our existing operational infrastructure in the region.
