Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in international business, project management, industrial engineering or related field
• Advanced English level
• 5 years of experience in project management of standardization and centralization of processes, automation with RPA, and KPI's measurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, MS Project, and Visio
• Availability to travel
• Soft skills related to critical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, innovation, and problem solving and analysis
Responsibilities:
• Manage service transition and automation projects
• Execute strategies for change management, project documentation, and follow-up on tasks and deadlines
• Generate management and performance reports to propose improvements to mitigate risks or deviations
• Lead continuous improvement processes
• Promote collaboration between work teams
