Requisitos del puesto

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in related roles.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• experience in Quality Control within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, team management, and strategic decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades del puesto

• - Manages and supervises the Quality Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• - Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Operations
• - Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• - Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• - Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Operations
• - Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• - Prepares, Plans, Allocates, Monitors the achievement of budget / costs
• - Decides to stop production to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes / products
• - Ensures the compliance of the systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations
