FP&A Manager for an international FMCG company based in Puebla.

Description
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic financial planning.
Analyze monthly financial results against budget and prior periods, identifying key deviations and root causes.
Provide high-impact financial reports and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Design and implement advanced financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and business unit profitability.
Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain to align financial projections with business drivers.
Recommend strategic adjustments in cost structure, pricing, investment, or product mix to optimize profitability.
Define financial scenarios to evaluate business growth opportunities, risk exposure, or investment returns.
Approve and validate financial projections, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and safeguard confidentiality of sensitive data.
Profile
Based in Puebla or open to permanent relocation.
Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Recent experience in consumer goods or manufacturing companies within multinational environments.
At least 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles, including team leadership or management responsibilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with ERP systems or BI tools is a plus.
Business partnering mindset, with a holistic view of the business, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
