We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our corporate sales team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong client-service instincts and a passion for international sales. You will assist in developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales operations in the United Sates, Canada and Europe for services across Latin America and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients
Support the sales team in responding to client inquiries, RFQs, and service requests
Prepare and send tailored proposals and service confirmations in line with company standards
Maintain accurate client records, quotes, and sales logs
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Attend industry events and network with aviation professionals when required
Assist in compiling market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-service follow-up
Contribute ideas for service enhancements and client retention strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in corporate services sales preferred
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including availability for urgent client needs
