We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in electronic security solutions (ACS/CCTV) to lead installation projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects, meeting technical, quality, and timeline standards, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Collaborate with the account management team during the project review process to ensure the bill of materials accurately reflects the equipment required to meet the project scope.
Manage and oversee the work of subcontracted labor to ensure the proper execution of installation projects, including verifying job site readiness and ensuring subcontractors follow the schedule and complete the work correctly.
Supervise installation projects in accordance with established standards and work instructions, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Support account managers in developing functional proposals for installation projects.
Verify programming of installed systems, including resolving any programming issues prior to customer acceptance.
Plan and coordinate customer acceptance of installation projects, ensuring system functionality and client satisfaction.
Provide technical support as needed, including occasionally responding to service calls.
Address other duties as required by operations in your area and/or assigned by the Regional Services Manager or executive staff.
Required:
Bachelor's degree completed.
Advanced English (required); Portuguese is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation of electronic security systems (ACS / CCTV) or related fields.
Experience in programming access control and video surveillance systems.
CSPM certification or commitment to obtain it within the first year in the role.
Valid passport and U.S. visa.
Full availability to travel across the Americas (including the U.S.).
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferably based in Mexico City.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
Knowledge of IP-based systems and IT best practices.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work in and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of accounting software (preferred).
