Position Purpose
Work to support the Advertising Manager in order to brief, coordinate, plan, execute, follow up and deliver the different yearly marketing campaings and programs: branding, promotional and/or tactical, executing advertising strategies and ensuring to communicate the right message to customers. The position acts as a liason with both the creative agency and Marketing teams to ensure that the flow of information in the advertising process, which they own, is uninterrupted and clear.
Primary Accountabilities
- Ensure every marketing work is delivered on time and correctly through adherence to processes, daily interaction and follow up with creative agency, providing a clear brief and feedback.
- Execute and follow up with agencies, merchandises, operations teams, and other related departments to develop branded and promotional contents and communicating benefits; through different channels (including but not limiting to printing, digital and/or mass media) ensuring adherence to the brand personality, tone and guidelines.
- Produce marketing contents as Expertips and other initiatives to increase Brand Awareness with our customers, featuring our own brands and key vendors.
- Responsible of create, validate and upgrade selling lines and promotional content for all marketing materials.
- Work as an integrated team to create communication strategies, advertising campaigns and promotional tactics.
- Follow up to quotes and budget.
Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, Business
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Coordination, planning and execution of marketing annual plans, advertising campaigns, administration of budgets, people and time management. "Marketing Specialist", "Marketing Associate", in retail companies, Account Executive" in advertising agency.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Strong project management and language skills, capable of synthesize technical data into a easy to understand communication
Other/Preferred: Problem solving and Results-oriented, Accountability, Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues and think outside the box, English. Basic experience in advertising pre-, pro- and/or post-production processes.
