Are you passionate about brand strategy, digital marketing, and creating impactful campaigns? We're looking for a Brand and Digital Specialist to join our team and help drive brand positioning and lead generation across Mexico and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to MX and LATAM markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with chambers and associations to build strategic alliances aligned with UPS's core industries.
• Launch, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms.
• Collaborate with sales teams to monitor and follow up on leads generated through digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with national and international vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.
• Oversee workflows, provide constructive feedback, and measure campaign performance.
• Analyze data and prepare strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and deliver marketing materials to support the sales team.
• Organize and manage speaking engagements, workshops, and webinars.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand and digital marketing at a strategic level.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
