This position is responsible for prioritizing team activities, designing, developing, and maintaining applications within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system to support business operations and enhance efficiency. They work closely with functional teams to understand requirements, customize modules, and integrate third-party tools while ensuring system performance and security. Additionally, they troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and provide technical support to ensure seamless user experience and business continuity.

This position will be located on-site with a hybrid work schedule in Brooklyn Heights, OH, or in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Creating and customizing JD Edwards applications to meet business needs, including writing code, developing reports, and integrating third-party tools.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring smooth operation of existing customizations.
• Collaboration & Support: Working closely with business analysts and users to understand requirements, provide technical support, and document system designs and processes.
• Propose Change Initiatives: Proposes changes by analyzing business requirements, identifying system inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements through JD Edwards EnterpriseOne customization and integration with other systems.
• Customer Value Creation: Responding to needs that provide added value and generate significant customer satisfaction; both internal and external.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in: Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology.
• 5 – 10 Years of relevant Business/Industry experience.
• Understanding the ERP system, including modules like finance, manufacturing, Sales, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in C, SQL, or Java, along with experience in UBE (Universal Batch Engine) Development and Business Function Programming.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with Object Management Workbench (OMW), Form Design Aid (FDA), Report Design Aid (RDA), and BI Publisher.
• Database Management: Knowledge of JDE database structures, SQL optimization, and ERP interoperability.
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Must be knowledgeable in “Business Process Re-engineering” to establish business strategies, structures, processes.
• Ability to systematically plan courses of action to ensure the accomplishment of objectives.
