Descripción
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Order Specialist. In this role, you'll support our network of independent associates by processing orders, providing product guidance, and delivering exceptional service. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys helping others and working in a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls to capture and process orders from independent associates with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide associates to maximize the benefits of our products and services.
- Provide up-to-date information about promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Document and escalate any reported incidents or feedback, ensuring proper follow-up with internal departments.
- Support account reactivation requests and ensure seamless resolution.
- Follow established procedures for order management and case documentation.
- Accurately categorize and code service cases for efficient tracking and reporting.
Collaboration:
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Relations, Order Management, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and responsive support experience.
Qualifications:
- Middle school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service mindset and active listening skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and follow supervisor guidance effectively.
- Team player who is results-oriented and adaptable to change.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
