Job Description
We are looking for a passionate HR intern (all genders) to help drive our growth and find the best candidates for our company. In this position you will assist as our General Manager/ Human Resources Director by supporting the Mexico Entity operation of Active and all Employer Branding activities. This gives you the opportunity to not only get a deep dive into a day to day operation itself but to work on interesting and diverse projects in an international team.

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate HR intern (all genders) to help drive our growth and find the best candidates for our company. In this position you will assist as our General Manager/ Human Resources Director by supporting the Mexico Entity operation of Active and all Employer Branding activities. This gives you the opportunity to not only get a deep dive into a day to day operation itself but to work on interesting and diverse projects in an international team.
- Correspondence and email management
- Provide assistance and attention to clients or visitors at the office.
- Classify, file, and keep company documents and records up to date. This may include creating and updating databases, as well as preparing and organizing reports and presentations.
- Organization of the file in the office, whether in physical or electronic format, to facilitate access to the necessary information and documentation and maintain an efficient flow of data within the organization.
- Pre-audit invoices, delivery notes, order costs, purchases and office supplies or any other type of auxiliary operations (pre-audit staff payrolls, food vouchers, etc.).
- Coordination of meetings and events: Keep the agenda of internal or external appointments.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team in their daily work (e.g., projects, communication with candidates and Hiring Managers)
- Be part of recruiting fairs and events and assist the team in organizing those.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team (Update internal documents on vacancies, global requests, calendar invites)
- Maintain communication between regions to recruit (USA/Mexico)
Qualifications
- Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Business, Economics, Human Resources, or any other related studies
- The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months.
- Possess an interest in Human Resources (ideally Talent Acquisition) and working in an international company.
- Bring along enthusiasm for research and project work.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and confident appearance.
- Be curious about social media and networks.
- Have good IT skills, especially good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Work in an independent and systematic manner
- Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory
