Business Manager - Reynosa

About the Role

Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility; providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel, capital/investment, productivity projects and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management and Operations Team.

What You Will Do
• Assist with business unit planning for upper-level management, including plant/facility manager and business unit manager.
• Cost and investment analysis for upper-level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, financial and Operational ratios, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
• Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.

Provide financial guidance to the facility staff, lead cost reduction initiatives.

Owner of the Balance sheet and P&L for the Business unit, lead the compliance for the site.
• Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, standard costing, the annual business plan, 5 year plan and executive reviews.

• Responsible for the Fixed assets, depreciation and disposal of assets, reporting monthly new investments on Capital and calculate ROI over investments.

• Lead the finance team on site and overlook processes execute by Centers of excellence (Internal & External).

• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Knowledge of the principles and tools used in cost-benefit analysis; ability to analyze the purpose and scope of a producer, product, process, or project in terms of cost and benefits.
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
