Are you passionate about sales and building strong business relations? We're looking for a Key Account Executive (Assistant Manager) to support our business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or key account support, in the retail sector. Preferably in pet/animal products.
- Languages: Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
Retail and Sales Expertise
- Introducing consumer products to retailers.
- Promotions, marketing and dealing activities with retailers.
- Preferably in marketing campaigns, special sales, seasonal sales, and product launches.
- Skilled in handling delivery issues, customer claims, and conflict resolution.
Software Proficiency
- Skills in MS Excel (intermediate-advanced), Outlook, ERP system (e.g., SAP). Preferably in Retail Link.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Support and refine the sales process; track performance using key metrics. Collaborate on designing and implementing strategies to expand the business and strengthen market presence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and retail partners. Address and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities; provide actionable insights.
- Retail Link Management: Ensure accurate and timely data tracking in Retail Link.
- Marketing support: Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and special sales to support commercial strategies.
