We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in the electronic security industry, with a strong focus on video surveillance solutions. This role will be responsible for driving growth, developing key accounts, and expanding market presence across Northern Mexico, including Monterrey, Chihuahua, Torreón, Hermosillo, and Tijuana.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the electronic security sector, specifically in video surveillance (CCTV, NVRs, IP cameras).
In-depth knowledge of the commercial and mass-market landscape in Northern Mexico, including distributors, integrators, and resellers.
Existing customer portfolio in the region is highly desirable.
Track record of closing medium to large-scale projects in both the private and public sectors.
Experience negotiating commercial conditions, rebates, pricing, and promotions with key clients and partners.
Familiarity with competing brands and technologies (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link VIGI, Imou).
Ability to manage sales pipeline, CRM systems, and reporting KPIs.
Availability to travel within the northern region as required.
