What You'll Bring: Job Requirements

We're looking for a driven professional with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of robust experience in supply chain management, with strong expertise in Production Planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle knowledge is a significant advantage.
• 3+ years in the automotive industry; familiarity with GM requirements is a plus.

What You'll Do: Job Responsibilities

As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our production goals are met and our customers are delighted. Your core responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and executing all activities essential to achieving sales and shipping targets.
2. Reviewing sales orders and managing delivery assessments with precision.
3. Leading our Customer Service efforts, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Monitoring and adjusting production plans to ensure timely order delivery.
5. Conducting monthly capacity load analyses for all production departments.
6. Supervising, inspecting, and assessing the execution and timeliness of production work orders.
7. Proactively coordinating all available resources to maintain normal production during line abnormalities.
8. Supervising, inspecting, and evaluating the work efficiency of the PMC team members.
