We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Developer (Technical Lead) for a long-term contract opportunity. This role will play a key part in designing, building, and supporting Workday integrations across multiple modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.

• Lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, and RaaS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and business process configuration issues in Workday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration specifications, and drive implementation.
• Own integration testing: create test scenarios, document results, and coordinate with business and vendor teams.
• Ensure best practices in integration development and deployment within CI/CD environments.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers or contractors.

• 7+ years of experience in information technology, software development, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday integration development (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting).
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or equivalent leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of Workday tools including EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, RaaS, and Cloud Connect.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, business process configuration, and issue resolution.
• Deep understanding of Web Services: SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with Workday implementations.
• Familiarity with DevOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
