We are currently seeking a Adoption process and Enablement Training Coordinator to join our team in Merida, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

"P360: Enablement and Training Resource Responsibilities:
Owner of Adoption process and Enablement (6-8+ Years of prior experience)
* Train new teams onboarding
* Host trainings for new features
1. Own creating training documents
2. Own Confluence Site and updates
3. Perform as BA/QE as needed (Testing co-ordination as required / need basis)
4. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and planning
5. Help answer questions from our Slack workflows
6. Back up for approval perm set requests
7. Very strong communication, stakeholders management skills
8. Change Management experience "
