What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage the overall efforts of a cross functional team in the successful commissioning, validation and start-up of new assets, processes and procedures within the value stream.
• Ensure that new initiatives deliver the committed operating benefits as described in the project description.
• Develop and ensure full deployment of training to support the CVS of new assets and processes.
• Identify and implement strategies that support the efficient conversion of materials into quality products in a safe, secure and sanitary manner.
• Directly and indirectly manage a cross-functional team in the overall operation of the value stream implementation including Project Leadership, Operations Management, Activity Management, Planning and Scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Engineering projects, Quality & Food Safety, Safety, Research and Development.
• Identify risks, problems and gaps in CVS processes and systems.
• Work to quickly identify root-causes and develop cross functional solutions to drive improvement.
