We Are Looking For: Platform Administrator – ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence (English Proficient)
?? Required Skillset
We're looking for a technically skilled platform administrator ready to drive operational excellence and digital process optimization across enterprise teams. You must be proficient in managing and integrating key ITSM platforms with a focus on ServiceNow and Atlassian tools.
? Core Skills:
ServiceNow Administration & Development (Catalogs, Workflows, Business Rules, ACLs, Portals, Workspaces, Performance Analytics)
Jira & Confluence Configuration (Workflows, Field Configs, Permissions, Spaces, Plugins)
JavaScript & ITSM Integrations (REST APIs, HTML, CSS, XML, Mid Servers, Data Structures)
Enterprise Systems Experience (ITSM best practices, user/permissions management, incident handling)
?? Responsibilities
As a key member of the Service Management Engineering team, you will:
Configure and maintain ServiceNow components such as Workflows, Catalog Items, Portals, UI Policies, Reports, and Dashboards
Administer and customize Jira projects, workflows, schemes, and Confluence spaces
Handle user/admin support, permissions, bug resolution, and process automation across platforms
Execute platform version upgrades and perform regression testing
Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Identify performance issues and implement optimization strategies
Participate in integration projects involving REST APIs and external systems
Support feature training and onboarding for internal users
?? Requirements
3+ years of ServiceNow administration/development
1+ years of Jira & Confluence administration
3+ years of JavaScript development
Experience with HTML, CSS, REST, XML, Angular, or Jelly
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
Experience with enterprise ITSM environments
Bilingual: English & Spanish (advanced proficiency)
? Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ITIL v3/v4 Certification
Experience with Aha! or other roadmapping tools
