Main responsibilities:

The task of the Production Supervisor is to manage production performance, personnel matters and Safety, Health and Environment.

Candidate Requirements

• 4-5 years as Production Supervisor within the T1 automotive industry, management of 30 people in charge and shift role.
• Strong leadership skills, team management, personnel development, conflict management, negotiation, prioritization, effective communication, extroverted, indicator management (OEE, SCRAP, Efficiency and Quality). Management of unions.
• Lean Manufacturing, coordination of production lines between 1st and 2nd shift.
• Advanced English level (Required), profiles with a basic or intermediate level will not be considered.
