Job Summary:

Generate and manage purchase orders and distribution of raw materials to support production plans. Working as a team with different groups and with other functional areas inside and outside our site. It is also responsible forperforming analysis to maintain inventory levels controlled and according to the goals established by the management, also, must work in the development and implementation of actions when required.

Responsibilities:

##Analyze raw material requirements. Open purchase orders accordingly and follow up with suppliers on 'on-time delivery'. As well as expedite PO's as needed.

##Teamwork with planning to understand material requirements and inventory control. Maintain a good communication with all teams in regards to delivery dates or materials issues.

##Analyze and monitoring raw material inventory to make sure we have inventory levels according to plant targets. Work in action plans to reduce inventory ifneeded.

# Work with all teams involved when there are 'Transportation damage' occur.

##In addition to all activities related to the position.

Required Skills and Experience

##College degree

##3 years' experience in purchasing or raw material planning for the manufacturing industry field.

##Lean manufacturing and ISO 9000 knowledge

##Office programs expertise (excel, Word, Power Point).

##Excellentcommunication skills

##Organized, proactive, and open to changes.

##Able to work under pressure and develop actions to solve problems.

##Able to maintain a conversation and make deals in English language fluently.
