Job Description

As part of the Core SW Team, the Java Developer will be managing & developing requirements for the enterprise grade software systems on top of the JS frameworks, JAVA and SQL development stack. The Software Developer is involved in supporting, developing and ensuring requirements are being met on time.

Responsibilities

Activities:

• Schedule daily scrum meeting with the assigned teams of the SW organization
• Prepare reports and other documentation in regards of the project's status and deliverables
• Present the reports and documentation of the project's status to the supervisor
• Develop REST APIs
• Review the quality of the application before each release
• Deployment of web based tools releases
• Coordinate and support development teams
• Monitor and control development teams whenever the workload requires it
• Assess Risks and Roadblocks
• Communicate problems, roadblocks and risk that may occur during the development of the projects in a timely manner
• Analyzing and resolve technical problems

Qualifications

Core Skills:

• +4 years of experience with Java
• Solid understanding of version control concepts
• Solid understanding of Web Services
• Solid of the Java 8, 11 and above
• Knowledge and usage of agile frameworks such as SCRUM
• Communication skills - written and oral
• Interpersonal skills - Interact with multidisciplinary / Multicultural teams
• Leadership skills
• Reporting skills
• Experience on management (Software preferably)
• Auto management skills
